PE and Sport Premium
The Government provide PE and Sport Premium to most primary schools and the amount is dependent on the number of pupils currently in Years 1-6. The funding is given to support schools to make sustainable improvements to PE and sport. For example, schools might choose to increase the range of resources or sports on offer or to develop the staff skills or on site provision to benefit both current and future pupils.
The PE and Sport Premium funding is ring-fenced in that it can only be spent to develop and improve PE and sport within the setting. All schools are required to publish how the money has been spent and the impact that it has had. Read our report below to find out how the money was spent in school last year and it's impact.
